Each mill is having the liners which help the lifting of the material and the steel ball so that the abrasion of that material become more pronounced or effective. The liners are also there to protect the body of the mill against all the Ore and steel ball, with time; the mill liners (lifter bars and shell plates) worn out and need to be replaced for it to have the same effectiveness of abrasion and milling. We are offering a best relining job in a record time to maximize the production. We can also advices on the mill liner life and predict the replacement date.

Conveyor belts are the most cheaper and quicker way used to move material in all the companies including mining, therefore due to fatigue or accidently, the conveyor can get torn and create a stoppage of the plant which lead to the loss of production. Once torn, the conveyor need to be spliced, ISHARA offers both types of splicing cold and hot depending on the demand of the client and the need of the operation.

We Offer:

• Holes Grouting: The underground mine workings are widely crossed by exploration and grade control holes that create potential risks such as uncontrolled water inrush, groundwater contamination, paste-fill leakage, the risk to the rifle when firing, etc. Systematic grouting of all of these open holes either drilled from the surface or from underground becomes very important to mitigate these risks. Therefore, we offer a suitable high-pressure grouting machine (Cement pump or chemical pump) for this operation with a suitable crew well equipped.
• Shotcrete: We do shotcrete in the underground mine to provide good stability of the mine and ensure good productivity with the elimination of the wall collapsing risk.
• Service Crew and Greasing: We do all the Plumber jobs, Vent duct maintenance, and greasing of all the types of machinery with different and adapted grease quality for each application
